Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) W Thomas Rd, Phoenix

I wouldn’t even give one star. This bank literally only ever has 1-2 tellers working with lines always going out the door. Always waiting 45 minutes to an hour just to see a teller. THIS BANK IS TRASH.

What bank closes at 4pm on a Friday? Just close this branch and move the people over to a branch that will actually be open when needed.

The customer service at this bank is AWFUL. I sent an employee to get change and they made her wait in 115 degree weather to then tell her they could not provide change bc the bank was closed even though she was there before closing time. A decent human being would have informed people outside of this before making them wait that whole time. This isn’t the first bad experience we’ve had and it definitely won’t be the last considering they’ve had a 1 star rating for years now. Avoid this bank any way you can.

Adela was a terrible teller. I have had a business account with bofa and had the same checks written out for years. I waiting in line dor 20 min for Adela to tell me I couldn't deposit a cashier check written out to my business. Bofa needs more competent employees because the 2 I encountered are far from it.

Customer service was good once I received it. There was a teller that approached me in the lobby to see if I needed any assistance, which I appreciate. She was very good looking! Bonus! The only problem I would say is that there was only one teller at the window which led to a very long line, making the wait time long. I have noticed this at other branches as well. I avoid outside ATM's whenever possible because of tampering reports throughout the valley. Maybe it would help if they had more ATM's inside the bank?

Waited 43 minuits in line... only to be told I had to step aside and wait longer. All I was doing was cashing a check. That's what tellers do!?!. Can't help but noticed the Hispanic employees helped the Hispanic customers, (both ahead and behind me). They waited untill I was at the head of the line to even ask if they could help me.

Only went to cash paper check wait time was 😵‍💫all day literally.. inside is filthy dirty...all of the employees are setting up new accounts behind desks and they have one teller behind window with a line out the door . MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE.. ridiculous

Worst BofA Ever. I had a schedule appointment and they let a walk in take my spot. I wasn’t even late to the appointment. I will never use this location again.

Sat with your Rep Claudia for over an hour and a half to open a new Rep payee account and still wasn’t helped... how does that work? I see why Bank of America is losing a lot of its clients to Credit Unions and other banks... the representatives don’t seem to know anything. Guess I’ll keep banking with NAVY FEDERAL, where they representatives are knowledgeable and provide you with excellent and speedy customer service!!!!!

This Bank if America is by far the worst bank I have ever gone to. I got there at 12 one hour before closing to get a temporary card. One guy told me and my mom to go sit in the waiting area. And he’ll call us over in a few minutes. We sit there for about 30 mins nothing happened. Then a lady came out close to 1pm and asked everybody what they need and I told her I need a temporary card, and how long I have been here. She walked away and can back and said it was appointment only and they can’t help me. I am not one to pull the race card but I felt like she wouldn’t help me because I was white. She helped all the Hispanic people Around me. Never coming back to this bank and the manager will be hearing from me Monday.

The very lowest level of service. I called the local branch and was told that they can't look-up my account unless I come to the branch in person. After numerous requests to speak to a manager, after calling the national customer service number, and after more than an hour attempting to resolve an overcharge on the banks part, I will be moving my accounts to an online bank. Not paying for big bank real estate anymore.

Horrible horrible. Everytime I go into the bank I have to wait 40-1hr it does not matter what time it is. There is always 1 to 2 tellers and like 20 people in line. At least 5 employees walking around .Talking and laughing behind the counters or greeting people ..how about instead of greeting, you get behind the window and show some urgency! At least pretend you care about our time!!!! This is like this at every Bank of america. 51st, 75th, every bofa close to me is just lacking in urgency to help its customers, then when you complain . I was told there are other ways of banking . I know but this is the way I CHOOSE! I don't want to take a picture of my company checks or deposit them thru the ATM . It is incredibly fustraining BOFA .!!!!! Hire more people or put more tellers to work. EVERY single window should have a teller on Friday, Saturday and Sunday .
