Every time there's always an issue with desert financial. My ATM card always cracks and have to get a new one. Drive up ATM or even the walk up ATM are always down. Try to apply for refinance credit card and nothing. But my other two credit unions approved me right away. Just got a new ATM card today tried to use it told me the card was expire. then tried to use it at their walk up ATM it also told me it expired. Receptionist asked me questions after telling her what was going on. Made it out to sound like it was my fault. Through this whole time the receptionist never asked for my ID so much for security. For sure I'm going to close my account within the next couple of weeks. Desert Financial the largest Credit Union in Arizona you would think they would have great customer service. So much for up talking Desert Financial as a good Credit Union it's just been one issue after another.

They lost my money. They gave access to my account to another customer. Smh and on top of this they charged me late fees on my lost car payment. All the said was they'll call me when they locate the money. I had to pay with my savings. All they did was waive my late fee. Of course you should waive my late fee., you lost my money.

I have been a Desert Financial customer since 2008 and I am still amazed at what amazing service I get every single time I visit! Even during the coronavirus they never let me down! Today I went in to get my title notarized and Jose Martinez was ready to help me before I even finished asking about a notary! He was so kind and had me laughing out loud within minutes! He is definitely the guy I would want to be the guy people see first! So inviting and kind!!!! Jose is just one of the many reasons I love Desert Financial and will be a customer for life!!!!!!

Opened an account with DFCU on January and Jose was the one that helped me. He is always able to get all the answers I throw at him and is very patient and takes time to listen to what I am asking. I've been looking at houses but with the craziness in the housing market right now he recommended I get a short term cd. I am pleased to say I opened a cd today and with Jose's assistance I was in and out in no time.

Jose was very helpful and respectful. I enjoyed the service. They were attentive. Gabriel was helpful too.

The representative that helped me with my appointment was very nice, helpful, and answered all my questioned that I had. Before even stating the appointment he cleaned the area for us to sit and offered water, very pleasant and you can tell he loves his job. Jose is an awesome representative.

We're always greeted very politely by all the workers there and I feel like the tellers are really great they're always upbeat and quick to help they handle everything that I need and feel that Jesus is very friendly very professional and he deserves to be noticed cuz he's always there he's always helping people and he actually helps out many people in my family as well and thank you for that

WARNING. Do not ever try to get a mortgage with this company. They will always tell you that everything looks good and they will definitely close but when it really comes to closing time they almost never perform. They always drop the ball they don't communicate on time and when they ask for one more thing and you provide it they always decide that they need two more after that. If you are trying to buy real estate you will lose your earnest money in your inspection money and desert financial will not care.
