I was in dire need of a vehicle and Teesha helped me to the best of her abilities to ensure my needs were met. That was almost two months ago and ever since she has provided the exceptional customer service and patience. If you are reading these reviews look no further she is the person you need!

I had the pleasure of sitting with Mrs. Shannon. She was very patient with me, answered all of my questions and even helped me to set a payment plan the would allow me to finish my loan within the time frame I needed. She has been my title pawn guardian angel. If I ever need another title loan I will come back to her. Thank you Shannon

I went to Title Tree Title Pawn to get some help. The ladies, Francis and Melissa were very helpful. They were pleasant,easy going, and very accomodating. They made sure I knew what my options were, the options for repaying the loan, and any other questions I had. I really like how they give a reminder call as your payment date gets closer. That is great so there is no reason to forget to pay the bill. I would send my family and friends to them because they make borrowing money very easy.

My husband called about 2 days prior to our visit to the Lilburn Office. He spoke wit Max the branch manager. He was very helpful and informative during the phone call convo. When we went into the office Max's attitude and personality was the same. He was very friendly and cheerful and eager to help. He answered all my questions, and made me comfortable with my decision. During the signing of the contract Frances Max's co-worker walked in from lunch I assume, she was very polite and friendly. THIS BRANCH ROCKS!!!!

Went in for financing on a vehicle on a car with a 3rd row seat due to havind a new baby . The process with Teesha was quick easy and painless. When you are in a crunch and need cash this is the place to visit. Great customer service and a very friendly environment. Quick and very efficient with their service. I tried Insta-loan and was not satisfied with all the fees and they also do credit checks. So if you want to title your car and not have the hassle of credit checks and high fees, Title Tree is the place to do your business.......

After doing service with Ms. Chandra and the entire Lilburn store location team I can't see my self recommending any other title loan place but this one.
