Fariz from ALF is the best loan officer I found in the market. I have talked through many different lending companies and some lenders from same lender company that Fariz represents but I couldn’t find so transparent and honest person. He helped me and my husband understand loan process in the simplest form, helped with any questions we had at any time of the day and late nights and best of all he got us the lowest interest rate in the town. He made the loan process so smooth, easy and closing was timely. Another good thing about him is we did not get any surprises on the day of closing , whatever he quoted initially was the w at same thing we saw at closing. I have closed couple other loans and I always used to see surprise charges added on the day of closing. Lastly I can only say you won’t go wrong if you choose him as a loan officer.
