Minimal updates during the process. Sent us a $60k check but were too cheap to include a $2 tracking number. Unreal.

We always use Insured Titles but allowed Title Service to handle a transaction for us. The company sent confidential information to an address that has not been used in over 6 years and was not included in any of the closing paperwork. When called on this, they told us that it was on us to let them know the correct address if anything needed to be mailed. When we told them that they had our mailing address, their response was that they won't look at past transactions to find addresses, so it is not their fault. This has to be the most unprofessional response that I have ever heard. First off, we had no idea that something was going to be mailed as we never received a call or notice letting us know and secondly, are you kidding me? Your policy is to just mail private information to whatever address comes up on Google? Needless to say, our realtor has been notified to never use this company again..
