Very unprofessional. Got the impression I was bothering her!! Had to do my own research for a well registration # ( thought that was thier job?) Back and forth for over an hour in a half with someone so incompetent, she couldn't even send an email. Then I found out after several days with this rude person, named Kim, I didnt even need to go thru a title company. WTH😡. My time is money!!! I should send that idiot a bill!! They need to definitely re-evaluate thier employees!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE!!!

If you go with this agency as a lender do not trust them to call you when something is wrong they do not have the lenders best interest and will not care if you loose everything and will tell you it's because they don't have the time. If you can find someone else in town please go with them Title Security has been a thorn in my side since I became a lender don't do business with them. Its for your own protection as a lender. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

They lost the titles to both of my cars, apparently "Security" is just a name. They asked me where they should send my titles to, after a month had passed and I still hadn't received them, they informed me they sent them to the wrong address. After weeks of leaving messages and receiving little assistance, one of my titles magically arrived in the mail... apparently it had never been sent to either the correct or the wrong address. Months later and the second title never appeared, now I'm on my own having to pay to pay for a new one. Thanks for nothing!

Multiple errors on the closing documents that they refused to stand behind. For what I paid this bunch, I expected them to be professional and accurate. I got neither.

I signed closing docs and received the net proceeds sheet but they failed to contact me when the HOA added their fees, some of which I was going to dispute. So instead of keeping me in the loop they decided to arbitrarily charge me the "fees", close escrow and move on to the next file. This kind of stuff should be illegal
