If there were 0 stars that would be my rating. I have closed many properties and I have never meet such a level of unprofessional use. Mendy Hendel is the most uncommunicative and outright mean person. If I had an employee like her she would be fired immediately. Due to her incompetence could not close. And she had an attitude. Unbelievable.

The members of Title Partners Agency really know what it takes to get the job done. I have to hand it Mary Keesee, Escrow Office, for handling some last minute diversions in a transaction. No matter what is thrown their way, it does not seem to throw them off their game. What a QB to have on your side as a real estate agent. I have also worked with both Ryan Metzger and Jasa New who kept me and my client up to date on all pertinent information. I highly recommend reaching out to the members over at Title Partners Agency when your next real estate transaction arises!

I had a terrible experience with this company in March of last year. Yes, that is March of 2017 it was so terrible it is still on my mind a year later! I dealt with a Mary Keesee. I found this company to be very slow and the lack of knowledge and professional was dumbfounding! After weeks of them working on the title for a property I was selling I received an email stated that they "couldn't insure the transaction" despite me jumping through hoops to provide all the documentation they requested. I left a few messages asking for specifics and NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK!! We went with a different title company that had it taken care of within a week!!! Based on the same documentation i had provided! This could have cost me the sale of my home and did delay it for approximately a month! I do not recommend anyone use this company.

we had real bad experience with this company that Rowles builders are using to close their houses. Several discrepancies noted on the day of closing with no straight answers form the builder or the title partners. Will never use or recommend both of them

I had Mary and Ryan assist me with my closing. Each of them were very knowledgeable and professional. The process was fast for a closing and went without any problems. I know normally you don't close on lots of properties but this was a very pleasant experience for me!
