I really can't say how happy with the experience we were. Bill and his team were attentive and responsive through the whole process. Whether getting pre-approval letters ready first thing on a Monday morning or ensuring they got us the best possible rates the team was always there on the other end of the phone and email. These folks deserve more than 5 STARS! I reached out to Bill Vierzen at Title Mortgage Solutions in Hanover, NH after working with a local bank that couldn’t give me any answers and didn’t seem to have time for me after using them for 13 years. When I reached out to Bill at 4:30 PM on a Wednesday evening, he immediately called me back an hour later with an approval as well as a closing date less than 30 days to the date of me speaking with him. I came to Title mortgage late in the purchase process because of an unexpected logistical problem with the appraisal team at our prior lender. Bill and his team took us on, made up for lost time and got the appraisal done more quickly and cheaply than would have been possible with the other lender.
