I just wanted to thank Rob and the staff at Legacy Mortgage for an UNBELIEVABLY fast, smooth and trouble free mortgage experience. Mike Benson handled my file and was extremely courteous, professional and proficient throughout the entire process. (not to mention a great sense of humor) This was my second loan through Rob and my first with his new company, Legacy. Although my first experience with him was also great and led me to finance through him again.....Rob's process at Legacy was incredible.! They found the best rate with the least closing costs that fit my needs. They even found a lender that didn't require a home appraisal! Jake Donovan and Mike Benson were super helpful in the process of buying my first home! I had a previous lender, and when I found the house I wanted to purchase, they said they wouldn’t be able to make it happen. They were trying to give me options to make it work that were just not feasible. Jake saved the day though! He came up with a plan and worked so hard to get the loan approved for this house. He even had multiple contingency plans just in case because he knew how badly I wanted this home. As a first time home buyer my boyfriend and I were so happy that we were referred to Jake at legacy mortgage. We had gone through this process once before with a big name bank and it was an up and down process. We chose to stop everything and switch over to legacy after just the first phone call. In the process we ended up working with Tim as well and he was just as helpful and willing to answer any and all questions. Rob and his team were the best! We had a complicated refinance that involved a cash out for home renovations plus moving our home into a trust. The team at Legacy was all over it, every step of the way, presenting us with multiple different options and working directly with our attorney to make the closing incredibly easy for us. In the end, we secured a much better loan and interest rate, and we were able to renovate our kitchen. I would highly recommend Rob and his team to anyone looking for a mortgage. Rob and his team at Legacy Mortgage were really great throughout the homebuying process. As new homeowners they were very knowledgeable about the loan process and answered every question I had. The home buying process can be stressful but I never worried about the financing part thanks to them. They got us a great rate and locked it in right before interest rates rose so that we could get the best loan possible. Rob and Mike were really responsive at every point during the mortgage process. The fact that we were buying out of state in Florida made no difference to the level of service we got from them. Even though we bought a modest house, Rob and his team treated us like a high-end client. We never got the same level of treatment from other mortgage lenders! I will definitely go back to them for my next mortgage.
