Do not hesitate & give them a call. A lot of reviews against TITLE KING EXPRESS ARE UNNECESSARY!!!! I have read some of the negative comments and they sound crazy to me because i had no problem whatsoever. I DO RECOMMEND JUST BE PATIENT WITH THEM THEY WILL DELIVER. I contacted title king almost a year and a half ago. Paid them to get a title with being told 90 days. Then after that getting a bunch of excuses. Finally after over a year I asked for a refund which they promised would be sent out to me. Now almost 5 months later still no refund barely get an answer from them. They ignore e mails and text messages and phone calls. I just want my refund.

Do not trust this lien company, they will take your money and never get a title, will give you a bunch of excuses. They claim 30-90 days to get a title 8 months later still giving us excuses and won’t refund the money either. They will ignore all emails & calls, apparently the only way to contact them is via Instagram and you get the run around & a million excuses. He should change his name to title scam express

Wasted my time 8 months and no title. I told many people about this company for free for years. And then when i finally get a car i need a title for. I wait 8 months and never get a title. I filed a report on BBB and then they gave me a refund. Im sure he is gonna come on here with some excuse. Dont waste your time with these people they play with your money. All long talk........

Dont even deserve one star! Paid $475 to these scammers back in Aug of 21. They finally blocked me from reaching them via phone. Next step I'll be knocking on their door for a full refund! How bout we start a class action lawsuit?

Have been waiting 2.5 years for one title and 12 months for another. Keep getting excuses, but no titles. Would not recommend them to my worse enemy! I have asked for a refund, however if my experience to date is any indication I may need to speak with my attorney to get any action.

DONT DO IT !!! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! DONT USE THEM. You mess with the wrong persons. I will leave a review every day off a different email for scamming me! I’ll probably track you down until I get my refund. I repeat do not use them they will never get a title for you it’s all a scam!!! I want a refund and I want it right away these people never answer their phone I gave them the money and never heard from them it’s been a year now and I was told only 90 days. I want my refund !!!!

BE AWARE. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! I lost more than 6 months and $600 by them. They did not show me any receipts from DMV, so still unknown whether that a request from me was brought to the DMV. It is complete scam. No matter how troubled with car title, don't contact to them. You will get involved new problem. Yes,Title king is the true problem. Wow! I got a decent reply from you for the first time. Hey King, do you really think a refund can solve everything? You wasted my 6 months and Notarized fee, Documents Courier fee , Storage fee for the motorcycle. That ’s why you ’re said to be far from a professional. And I want to bill you interest of $475 for 6months....

I'm seeing a lot of disgruntled reviews and maybe I should have checked them out before I spent 475 on a title. The only reason I went through with it though is because my father did indeed receive a title from them 2 months after the 90 day period they PROMISED it would be received. They told me the same thing when I ordered back in mid Sept 2021. It is now March 2022 and I still haven't received my title and every time I call I get no response I even left countless voice-mails. I tried calling from different numbers and still no answer as if they went out of business but Google says they're still open. I've been very patient but at this point a refund would suffice. It's like once they receive your payment, they put you number on a watch list. Which I kind of understand because I can only imagine the ratio of new customer to upset customer calls they deal with. Which is still unprofessional nonetheless. This experience has cost me a lot of money and time I can't get back. I plan to pop up on them and really see what's good because this ain't right.

*****UPDATE****** I DID GET MY MONEY BACK.... TITLE KINGS did not refund me however! If you want your money back, simply file a claim with the bank or credit card company. Simply tell the bank you did not receive a service that you paid for! It's that easy people! My payment was refunded immediately and claim was won in 10days! THANK YOU FOR NOTHING TITLE KINGS.... hopefully this helps people that are getting robbed by this company! Applied for a title in February of last year. I was told that I would receive it in 90 days. Numerous calls have been placed and I'm amazed how busy they are. My phone calls are never answered. Last spoke with them before Thanksgiving and was promised by end of December to have a title. Truck is still sitting! Is someone screening their calls? How do I receive a refund? I've been nothing but patient and understanding. Wonder if I will get a call or response to this review? Hopefully a call to my attorney will help.....

8 month wait time still no title or refund, but he can come up with 101 excuses, DO NOT waste your time with this business the most unprofessional lien company in the state of Florida, won’t answer emails or calls but will be posting on Instagram all day while a bunch of customer still haven’t got titles. If you can’t deliver the title just refund your customers. This company is a scam you will never get a title

SCAMMERS!!!!! Be Aware, they take your money and that’s it. Ck all reviews they are true. Owners name is WILLIAMS, PHICHOL. I requested a refund because it’s been over a year my dad hired PHICHOL for a boat title and this guy doesn’t even answer the phone once he collects the money. Now he saying he doesn’t process the refunds it the other owner but there isn’t another owner it’s just a run around. All we want is our $750 back!! This is a huge scam

I ordered my title on may last year (13 months ago) owner was very quick and responsive until he got the payment, no title, dont answe email, phone calls or texts, do NOT hire this person, I was very patient because of covid but this is unacceptable, if owners would have answer my messages this negative experience would never be posted because Im very understanding

Do not trust them at all . They took $500 almost 2 years ago and noone even bothers to return a call . How can acompany just steal $500 and never come through . How are they in business still . Its stealing money straight up . Stay away from that company run run run
