The most challenging experience I have ever experienced closing a deal in 19 years. I’m baffled at how they close deals with out following guidelines , reading contracts and have horrible communication. I would never refer a Buyer or Seller as they do not have their clients best interest. Realtors beware.

I closed on my house with Epic Title Group. The experience I had surpassed my expectations. Helens and her team walked me through the whole process and explained in detail everything as the days passed.
