I was there yesterday’s in the pm shift like 6:30 pm. Thursday(12/17/20).I can’t remember the guys name that helped me that’s why I put the day and time ? Overall he was very professional and nice to talk to.He was not trying to hurry me out the door, but I was out quickly.I got all my questions answered and was very helpful making this process easier for my first time being there.The place was also very clean .I would definitely recommend this place.

I was appalled with my treatment here and felt very violated. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect being asked about my personal information that they had no business asking me about. It is illegal to keep documents with sensitive information yet they refused to give me my information after they denied me a loan they had no reason too as all my information and accounts are clear and checked out I work at a highly reputable company but fell on hard times and needed extra assistance. Trust I will NEVER go to this place again. I would be Leary of giving information to a company such as this as you have no idea what they will do with it. STEER CLEAR!

Tio Rico saved me!!! Susanna was the absolute best! I wouldn't recommend anywhere else. It took less then an hour and I was out. If your ever needing a registration loan or title loan better go to Tio Rico if you don't want to get ripped off.

Terrible service. Very unprofessional and treat you like you're a criminal. Asking for way too much personal info on references. Still uses paper applications in this age of technology. They don't even tell you what to bring. Beyond ridiculous service. Will never go back or recommend.

Louis aka "Louie" helped me get a personal loan in under 30 minutes! He was very respectful, funny, and on top of getting all my information quickly to ensure a fast process. If you come here for any type of loan, definitely ask for him!

The customer service I received from Louie was horrible. He did not want to help me because I was not Hispanic and used the excuse because I had loans with total different companies that I don’t qualify after I was told I qualify in their system for $650.00! He continually made me feel like I was a waste of his time and he was not willing to help in anyway at all! I would not recommend this place for any services at all! This is the worst customer service I have ever received from a business!

I went here for the second time. And it's disappointing. First, the staff are so rude and no manners at all speaking in Hispanic in front of others who doesn't understand Spanish. So unprofessional. Second they should tell clients what are the company policy to be able to get a loan so they won't stay filling up forms, wasting time for nothing. Educate your clients the moment they step in your store. It's a hassle for others driving and wasting gas and will just be denied because of lack information. If I can give them 0 stars I would. They only deal with their own race and if you are not Mexican you don't get that same good treatment.
