I don't think Henry like his job! I thought his service was very poor. It seems as though he formed a bad opinion of me and my family before evening formally approaching us. Their was NO greeting; NO smiles; and NOTHING about him that said "I am here to help". I WOULD NOT recommend going to the Tio Rico Te Ayuda Loan center located on 1450 N Dysart Rd unless your Hispanic!! This was my FIRST visit and possibly my LAST.

when applying for a title loan or personal there are specific requirements that a potential customer need to have in order to qualify for a loan, the requirements are set by the company not the loan officers and questions will be ask regarding activity or other detail that a loan offer may see. the loan officers job is to gather all the information that is need and summit all the proper documentation for a loan decision. the loan officer will help any potential customers gather all the proper documentation. also customers can email all the document to us so be can print them out for the customers. just remember we are financial institution just as if you were going to apply for a loan at a bank, we prepare to provided documentation.

Henry was rude . The customer service was horrible. There no one inside the store and Henry deny me a loan without see my paperwork or typing any of informationHis tone of voice and body gesture towards me was offensive. Henry never provide gave me a chance to provide me with paperwork or opportunity to fill out a application. Soon as sat into seat Henry said I was denied.

I went into this place twice tried to use my paystubs threw my company then my account threw self employment each time denied so then I transferred the title into my best friends name who is another race and had her go in got my money for the same vehicle funny how that’s works huh smh

They get No stars, because as soon as I walk in the guy was Very Rude, like he has No home Training! It's not his money he lending people so why does he act like he had a stick up his ass! I will never recommend any one to go there! Because so many other companies will better customer service skills!
