Called to start escrow on a house. Who ever answered was extremely rude. When I said my need (start escrow) I mentioned I was buying without an agent. Lady told me she could not give me advise. They are not a law office. I never asked for any advice! I nicely clarified my needs over and over again. She did not listen and was rude. Was very confusing why she would just respond the same way multiple times. Eventually she just said she could not help because they were "closed." Again I was 😕 confused. Like not operating or have Covid restrictions? Again she repeated the same thing no matter how hard I tried to clarify. Eventually she said if I needed anything I could put it in a box outside their office. Most bazaar call ever! Just closing through Bidwell title in Chico. They have been wonderful!!!

Denise Hallgren handled my escrow. She was so very thorough, she explained everything in detail and was always available for any questions I might have had. Denise is amazing, I can't thank her enough. She's the reason this transaction was a success!

Entire transaction handled in a satisfactory, efficient way. There were small typos in documents. Only other issue was the length of time to come to complete closing - it was 5 weeks when we were promised 3-4.

My experience was going well until after the closing. My Homeowner's Insurance was not calculated in my escrow correctly, so I am paying for the balance until renewal. Not to mention, I received my checks from escrow account in addition to receiving another customer's Homeowner's Insurance check. Other than these 2 negative experiences, the front end people did a great job...it was the end result that tarnished my review. Thanks again.

I would not use them again because they took so long in the corning office to process everything that it had to be transferred to another office. Although, the staff were nice at the new office... We wrote down the address for a payment to be mailed and they sent it to a different one. Little errors add up...

Everything was done professionally and on the time frame indicated. NO problems or issues. Would recommend to anyone needing closing services. All checks were delivered on time. Great service!

Timios was very prompt in delivering the checks to pay out my existing loans and credit card debt. They were are also responsive to making the necessary changes.
