I basically grew up in the aisles of this store. My grandparents loved going to Times. My grandma knew one cashier very well and was always warmly greeted when she would walk in. Walking in the store even nowadays reminds me of my grandmother and grandfather and walking through those very aisles.

The store is clean, organized, great selection of items. The workers were friendly and courteous- a huge plus for me!

Waste of time shopping at kunia location, fish and meat smells look like from two weeks before, mold on the breads still sitting on the shelves and really bad customer service. Waipahu location more better!!!!

The Employees are always very helpful and makes me feel like a special customer always going out of their way for the customers convenience. This location in Kunia is my favorite place to go to by far. Fresh produce every day. I believe the other times in Waipahu could learn from the Kunia location.

My mother suggested for me to go there for fresh fruits and produce because they are among the best as far as cleanliness and freshness. She also said they don't need special cards to get discounts! Unlike other supermarkets where you have to enter your phone number to get the discounted price. Yaaassss!!! Every one gets the low price. All supermarkets should be this way! I did go and was not disappointed!!! I plan to visit Times Supermarket again!

I love this market! I have been dealing with a hip injury and recently replacement ! I have never asked for help, I just put my walker in the basket and carry on ! But one of the wonderful employees has always insisted on helping me and escorting me to my car and loading my groceries ! This level of concern and care is such a blessing in this otherwise chaotic society !!! The quality of products in every department are also the best !! Thank you for much aloha!!! Please never change!!! ❤️

Always have what I'm looking for. Nice selection of alcohol. Staff is always decent, helpful if you need the help. Only thing is if you going for a hot plate after lunch hardly nothing left. But thats everywhere around here.

A smaller older store, but it is well stocked and clean. Good selection and friendly staff. I go here, instead of the Waipahu location.

I made my stop in Times Supermarket Royal Kunia specifically to buy raw sugar which they did have in stock. Some supermarkets don’t carry the raw sugar. Store was nice and clean, employees friendly and helpful, fast check out. Large parking lot. Definitely enjoyable shopping.

Convenient and only grocery store located in Kunia. Prices are high here though but still alot of good variety of things and also hot food if your looking for a quick place to grab lunch.

Staff at the produce department is excellent. I added one more order of fruit basket before new year - he finished it within half hour and it was nicely done. Awesome. 1/29/2021 - I always order my fruit baskets at Times Kunia. Today ordered a fruit basket over the phone today (which I normally do). He asked me when I want to pick up. I said "when do you think you can get it done?". He said half an hout, about 11:45 (I called around 11:10 - 11:15). I said okay. After I gave the name and number he said "You know when you order fruit basket, you need to give me more time". Huh? I asked him when he can get it done. I did not rush him. I didn't say I need it now. He was the one who said half an hour. I didn't set the time. I cancelled my order instead. I was really happy with the service before.
