Timberland Bank 224th St, Spanaway

I started banking here when they opened ! They treat there customers like friends, that they care about. I have always received good financial advice. They know me and my family members. I highly recommend this bank!

This bank is awesome. The staff are all very competent and always remember who I am.

Switched to Timberland from BOA, and have never looked back. I get great rates on my checking account, ATM fees paid every month back to me, and their customer service is second to none (One number, no phone trees, instant human contact). If you're looking for a great bank, this is it.

The customer service is amazing. However overall there Software is outdated. There atms are always incorrect. My card never works on the weekend when there closed. There fraud department is the worst.

I have had bank accounts just about everywhere. Key bank, U.S. Bank, Wells Fargo, Harborstone, etc..without question Timberland Bank out does them all. With their friendly and knowledgeable staff you can be sure you won't have any problems and if by chance you do, they will help you how ever they can to resolve it right away. Won't bank anywhere else again.

If I could give more stars I would. Excellent system. No minimum and no monthly fees plus cash back credit and atm fee refund. I am extremely inexperienced with banking but they have helped me so much. I transferred from Chase.

I have been banking with them for a number of years now. For the most part all of my experiences have been very professional. With the exception of one teller, who occasionally gets up on the wrong side of the bed. I would highly recommend this bank.
