I had been a State Farm Customer For a few years started under Mr. Stephenson. Then I remained when Mr. Westfall transitioned to the office. I meet him at the office and went over a few things. Very nice guy, very informative & knowledgeable. I ended up Changing insurance companies, and went on with my life until a series of events happened that caused me to look deeper into my policy and then I realized I wasn't getting the best service concerning my coverage, my rate or my customer service experience. So I began to shop around again & remembered the coverage and relationship I had with my previous State Farm office. So I am glad to say I am back!! Erica at Tims office assisted me, answered all my questions, was not pushy or annoying. Erica listened to what I wanted, explain all my options and we got a plan that I am happy & comfortable with. Very glad to be back with my State Farm Family. This Team is awesome, the ladies at the office, the rep & Tim. Thank you Erica! Thank you Tim for your wonderful leadership with this team!

Matt made things so simple for me….which is what I needed. I haven’t even looked into other insurances just because I didn’t wNt the hassle but I turned over my info and that was it! Matt has been amazing and very patient waiting on me to decide when I needed car insurance. He was always there when I needed questions answered and took care of what I needed. I just switched to state farm from bieng with alstate for years. Matt made the transition so very easy.
