I think something is very wrong with this Skeet Club BOA branch. You have demonstrated such lack of personal regard for your customers. If you can't serve us, please close your doors.

Found 6 personnel onsite to be employeed but only 1 teller at 1pm on Friday near Christmas? Looks like Management needs some training on personnel scheduling? 9 people standing online 2-3 employees looking at everyone guess there is no cross training in this branch?

    Response from the owner

We appreciate you coming in. You may be able to save time by using an ATM or by using our online banking or mobile app. Signing up for the mobile app is simple: https://www.bankofamerica.com/online-banking/mobile-and-online-banking-features/overview/

Only one teller working daily and there is aways a long wait. They have already removed the convenience of removing drive thrus. Please hire more tellers.

    Response from the owner

Hi Pinki. We offer convenient alternatives for some transactions available at the financial center. Please let us know if you have questions about handling these items through Mobile Banking, ATM, or ATM with Teller assist. If you don’t have our mobile banking app, here’s how you can sign up: https://www.bankofamerica.com/online-banking/mobile-and-online-banking-features/overview/. ^ines

Ever since they took out the drive thru this place is terrible. They have made it extremely not consumer friendly. One teller at lunchtime is ridiculous. Usually a 20 minute wait inside. What a joke

Drive-thru teller windows are closed. Have only ever seen two tellers (who are both very friendly, which is the ONLY positive thing to say about this place) working inside. Half the time only one is actually waiting on customers, even during their busiest hours. The other employees either can't or won't help the regular tellers and oftentimes interrupt them while they're helping customers. This happens no matter how short or long the line is, but it is almost always a long line these days. Expect to spend at least 20 minutes here on a good day.

I have been to this branch quite a few times because it’s the closet to my home. The wait times are always extremely long and the branch is very short staff. The Vice President Carol Walker has been rude to me on 2 occasions she is very impatient and don’t like to talk to clients with respect. I will no longer conduct my business here

This one star if for Bank of America in general. First, why are you closed on Mondays? You are not doctors, you don't get doctor's hours. If it is because you are open on Saturday, well there are a lot of people needing jobs, make Saturdays a full day and give it to a part-time employee. Get people off the couch and off welfare. Next, why are we making appointments to come into your office. You sure don't mind sending your child to school to learn. I am sick of you banks thinking we work for you. If people are reading this, it is time we go back to keeping our money in fireproof lock boxes. One, your money is at your convenience, two, you don't need to drive down the street to get it and three, it is yours. When did banks stop feeling the need to work to get our business? I am looking to open a business account, but you all have given me time to research who the best bank would be to deal with. I hope that you all get bought out soon by a company that treats customers like they are the owners of the bank and not the other way around.

Long lines - only one cashier helping. No one asked to see what I am here for or need any help. People waited at leeast 30 min to get their business done.

One teller to handle both the drive-thru and walk-in customers? No wonder the turnover is so high. This branch is near our office and we make a daily deposit. Frustrating when you waste 10-20 minutes a day waiting in line to make a straight deposit. I understand keeping labor costs down but this is ridiculous. Very poor management.
