We set out to refinance our house and Tim Taylor, with Trident Mortgage, came highly recommended. Since we were seeking a VA Loan, there were different parameters, but Tim was adept at communicating those to us regularly. Despite some unforeseen set backs of our own, Tim (Navy Vet) offered excellent guidance and stayed on top of our specific situation until we closed on the Refinance Loan. With kids in college this loan has made things less stressful and we have been able to make much needed upgrades on our home as well. Outstanding job Tim, you surpassed our expectations!
