Regions Bank N Baylen St, Pensacola

Recently got our 1st home loan through Regions Bank in Downtown Pensacola with mortgage originator Maria L. Reid. She was great, and helped us every step of the way in the process. She made what could have been a nightmare process, a total breeze. 10/10 would recommend calling/emailing Maria L. Reid for your home loan. She's the best.

The bank staff are very friendly and dedicated. They are also powerless to solve problems. The fraud department was declining about 4 purchases per week because they were suspicious. $44 at Target is suspicious? Lunch at a Mexican restaurant is suspicious? I couldn't trust my card to work so I had to use a different card. On the 19th I deposited a check, as I have done on the 19th of every month for the last 2 years. Fraud department says it's suspicious and put a 7 day hold on the funds. I went to the branch, and all they can do is beg the Fraud folks to release the funds. My weekend was ruined. I no longer trust them to be competent or ethical.

I've been a Regions Business customer for a little over 6 months now, and I've been nothing but impressed by their dedication to customer service and a providing a quality banking experience. In this case, Julie the branch manager, helped us with an online banking issue right there in the branch and our technical issue was resolved in less than 30 mins.

terrible experience with regions. they will tell you they can stop your overdraft fees from happening, get you in an account, and the overdraft fees happen anyways

These people are the worst this bank Will suffocate you in fees.

While my experience with Tarah and establishing my account was commendably a 5 star rating, my experience with the ATM banking area was absolutely horrendous. The customer service was despicable and her attitude was to match. She was absolutely the worst teller I have ever encountered. If Regions would like to contact me in regards to this, I would be more than elated to share my distaste for such poor representation of the company.

This branch was awfully poor, their young poor inexperienced to class or quality employees overcrowd the lobby area. It was hard for me during days to even make it to the bank teller to make a deposit because they would stop me half way. I literally felt that if I wasn’t breaking my self down to these young poor people and their financial struggles as bank employees they were threatening to close down my accounts as me being a half way successful person. They ended up closing my accounts down because I wanted multiple accounts opened. It’s rediciilous how they don’t hide these little young street kids to work in the offices upstairs and have their successful older generation downstairs meeting the clients and bringing in business and new accounts, especially for a branch that’s located downtown.

I called this branch and spoke to the nicest lady and they took care of my issue I had and was really understanding of what I was going through definitely recommend this branch
