Tier 1 Title, LLC George Rd, Tampa

I have never worked with a title company that has not advocated for the client’s best interest, has not been responsive, and has been so clueless about title in general until working with Tier One. If you need a national title agent, I would suggest using someone else. There is an overall lack of accountability and in my experience with them, some agents simply don’t care.

Excellent Title Company. Everyone should be utilizing their services. They are the best in Florida and Nationally. Any questions please ask me especially if you need a supber Title Company!

I called Tier 1 to inquire about closing on a home and they spent time with me and gave me a load of information that was very helpful. I haven't had to use their services yet but would highly recommend.

We purchased our home back in October of 2016, the sellers required that we use OIG Title for closing. Our experience with OIG Title caused us so much stress, all of the errors and unprofessionalism, we would not have agreed to buy this house nor will we will ever agree to purchase property in the future if OIG Title is involved. To name a few of the errors they made: -When the sellers accepted our offer, with our real estate agents help, we were given wiring instructions to send OIG Title the escrow deposit. We immediately took these instruction to Bank of America and wired the funds. It was not until 2 weeks later, the Rebecca Jenkins reached out to our real estate agent claiming to have never received the $2,000 deposit. We spend countless hours on the phone and in person with Bank of America, confirming that the money was delivered and was 100% confirmed/sitting in their account. After 2 days of research Rebecca Jenkins finally did confirm receipt of the money, it magically appeared. This all happened 1-week prior to our closing, so we were very stressed (as you can imagine). -When I asked to speak with Rebecca's manager, a gentleman named Greg (or possibly Kevin....I do not recall his name), the manager of the Tampa Branch took my call on the 3rd attempt. His solution, in a very rude tone was "if you're unable to wire us the money maybe you shouldn't buy the house". I proceeded to explain the entire story to him, advising him that we have confirmation of the funds sitting in your account. Never have I been so frustrated and treated so poorly by the entire staff. Rebecca and the office manager should both be fired. -After signing all paperwork and officially "closing on the house" we purchased, I asked Rebecca to email me a copy of the closing statement, as my insurance company required this to show it was a new purchase. She apologized for all of the confusion and assured me that I would have the document sent via email that afternoon....Needless to say it took 4 business days to finally receive this document along with countless calls and emails requesting the document. I highly recommend anyone considering OIG Title & Escrow to look elsewhere. The final end of this review involves an email I just received this morning, 11/23/16 regarding a New Jersey property that we have no involvement with. Rebecca emailed me, deeds, wiring instructions, tax certificates, commitment letters, multiple affidavits along with a closing disclosure. The email contains very personal/private information about the buyers and sellers of this NJ property that I have nothing to do with. I certainly hope that Rebecca does not make the same mistake, sending out my personal information (SS#, DOB, Address's, Financials) to a complete stranger or prior customer of OIG Title. In the simplest words, OIG Title needs to take a close look at the Tampa branch, starting with the manager and Rebecca. I will never have any business dealings with them in the future and I will continue to spread the bad review and experience I had with OIG Title. Rebecca needs to go back to basics and learn to always treat your clients with respect and be courteous. The office manager should do the same as well. Stay away from OIG Title at all costs.

Just moved to Sarasota Florida. We used Tier one title for our closing. It was the best experience I've ever had at a real estate closing.

Recently purchased a condo in St.Pete and the staff at Tier one made the transaction a great and flawless experience!
