Joe was fantastic to work with throughout the whole home- buying process. During the pre-approval phase, he clearly explained all the numbers of a cost estimate to us (first time home buyers) so that we could completely understand. He patiently explained all of these figures to us in a 30 minute phone call. As we scheduled showings with our realtor, we sent the addresses of the houses to Joe and he provided us with cost estimates before even stepping into the houses. He typically got these estimates back to us within 30 minutes to an hour. During the closing phase, Joe walked us through every step of this convoluted process. We really stayed in close contact with Joe during this part. He answered any questions we had along the way and was available at almost any time. He made us feel extremely comfortable in this long process! Overall, Joe is a very down-to-earth guy who is also responsive, patient, and knowledgeable. Regina clearly can’t handle this line of work since she’s clearly inexperienced. Don’t let their shallow professionalism lead you astray. I would never recommend this company to anyone or you will loss your contract to purchase a home. We are two months in contract with a condo and my client turned everything in. They have done everything they have told them to do along with getting extensions (3) to be exact. Costing the clients more money because we had to renegotiate. They promised that we would close this Friday and they are still dragging their feet on getting us numbers to close. Lisa and Tracy have been nice but Tracy says one thing and Lisa says another. Joe Stab the head manager hasn't done a thing. It has been a nightmare.

Able to get a pre-qual together, last minute, then have a feasible loan package I qualify for and Brandon was there without hesitation, for all my questions or concerns 24/7 and able to find solutions verses telling me things just aren't going to happen. I worked with Reggie and his team and from the beginning I was told about the different loan assistance programs that best suited me. I was able to contact Reggie anytime and he was always very responsive and made sure I understood where we were at in the process and what was needed to make sure everything went smoothly. My wife and I can't thank Reggie and his team enough for getting us through this process and into our new home.

I was upfront about my phone not working properly and the best way was to reach me through email the very first day I started working with Reggie and his team. All of my emailed questions had gone unanswered the entire time and nothing was explained to me until I sent an angry email. After that Reggie and the team worked with me a bit better but still didn't notify me of when the original closing date was until almost a few days beforehand and that's only because I asked. None of them ever explained the documents they needed that weren't straight forward. So when I would go and get things for them, they weren't "correct" because no one told me exactly what they were looking for, causing me to go back multiple times to get exactly what they needed. It was becoming ridiculous and it took a second angry email exchange a few days before the final closing date for them to pay attention to me again and my realtor ended up explaining what they needed better than they could! I finally was able to get their final document the way they wanted it and I received no further response saying "thank you" or "all set" or any sort of confirmation that it was good to go. If it wasn't a couple days before my closing I would have changed mortgage companies to work with in a heartbeat. My first mortgage payment is also due a month after signing my documents versus others who went through the same company got a grace period of a month before having to pay for their mortgage and they also went through a VA loan. Why do they get an extra month in order to better prepare themselves financially but I don't? This was my second time buying a house and I never had this many run-ins during my first experience. I have told everyone I know who is interested in buying a house in Virginia to save themselves an extra headache and avoid this company, regardless if their personal "circumstances" are different than mine.
