First I should say this was not my first home buying experience. I THOUGHT the first time was a good experience. Not only did I come to realize that I got screwed over in the first experience, but I was also not kept in the loop by the Mortgage broker. This experience was eye opening and made me realize how BAD my first time buying a house was. This is not about that though. Ben Munson made me feel like I was his only customer he had. He kept me informed and made sure that I knew what the next step was and that I understood the process. I know he does this for a job but it sure did not feel like that. It was more of a friend looking out for me and trying to get me the best deal, and he did. This COVID has our world upside down especially being in the Military. Ben worked with us every-step of the way and made sure this process went smoothly. Ben is the only Loan Officer I talked to this go around but not the only application I submitted. The other loan officers from other companies were always too busy to talk or keep me informed.
