Would give zero stars if I could. Customer service representative was very rude and arguing with me. They repo'd my car and when I asked for the location of the vehicle to retrieve my belongings, the man told me that he was not giving me the location of the car because I was not interested in getting the car back. It was literally things like clothes wallet & carseat.

If I could give negative stars I would all the females that work here are c***ts. They act like they're doing you a favor by answering the phone and doing their jobs. I can not stand these people and I'm not sure how this company even exist. Worst phone etiquette I've ever heard. That includes the company's that have customer service representatives overseas!!!! They all sound like they're related, and they come from east LA, ignorant cholas that can't speak proper English. Here's a big fat f**k you to all you sorry excuses for human beings.

Absolutely Horrible! These people are claiming I have an account with them, they are reporting on my credit report and I have NO idea who they are! I am over 3000 miles away from them, and they are reporting under a different name than mine. I want this fixed immediately! Horrible customer Service!! How is this business still open when they talk to people like this? WOW.. that's all I can say!!

Wow ,,,I recorded this call.A rep name Sadi answered . I called to settle payment on my account. I am 1 month and 1 week late on the account.Been with company for over 3 years. Many lates but never 30 day. Sadi said , this account is in recovery and I cant guarantee the car wont be picked up or something to that effect. After I asked her name , she then went in with this call is recorded for quality. Did not transfer me to whoever was suppose to be in recovery department and hung up on me. lol wow Great work Sadi

This company is HORRIBLE!!!!! They are extremely rude and their lack of customer service skills is atrocious. I Hate that I have to talk to these people each time I have to make a payment or have a question about my loan. They are a nightmare.. They do not get any stars on my part, but I had to give them one to post my facts.

@silvercitypictures That is a lie piasa maria is the most rude one lol , she deserves to be fired. I think her managers need to let her go she doesnt know alot. All of them need to go back to school and get a degree and get a real job. Very bad service. If I can give a zero I would. And yes I am a real person. They will call you back after you made a payment and tell you you didn't make a payment that month , that's what MARIA did then I talked to the manager and she was wrong. I hope they see this cause Its the truth. They are a bunch tards on the small bus dealing money. I also reported them to the better business bureau FYI.

I just want to thank Maria R. for her kind and professional service. We are behind and have had some challenges, and she has treated us with respect and helped us work out a plan to get our payments back on track. I was a little bit afraid after i read all of the negative reviews, but I have had an awesome experience. Thank you, Maria R., and the team @ Tidalwave Finance!

Damn Quackenbush Dan quacking bush… bastardize offspring's baby birth defect company and their-crazy insurance policies. Yes very horrible company that clearly shows everyone employee at that company does not have a high school diploma but instead a company that only hires require GED. In addition to the radio storms if there was a spot was just a shaded out Stars that would be the rating. And for those individuals that have a higher education and just now I last comment regarding the great stars

All I can say is I just open my loan with them and I can't wait to refinance with another bank asap! The most disgusting behavior and customer service I've ever experienced this company needs to remind them selves that just as well as the customer needs the loan you need the customer without Customer you have no bank you have no job

1 is the lowest i could give. Asked what my balance was for the pay off and some other basic details so total cost could be calculated. Was told that that couldn't be calculated with basic math. Finally got the information i requested and did the math. Loe and behold my basic math was spot on. Customer service: -1 Inteligence: -1 Overall experience with the company: -5 Likelihood of referring to someone I know: "kill it with fire before in can lay eggs!"
