Great title company. They help with some of the confusing stuff. On paper is it has sound legal but they'll help you through. Beautiful building, too.

This is where we went to sign the papers for our new house. This is also the place we found out out in the middle of signing the paperwork that our home was a methlab. We were told that we always have to carry some extra insurance because of this. So tip to everyone ask your Realtor if your dream home was a methlab before you sign on the dotted line. We have had some very strange people coming up to our house since we have moved in asking us all kinds of crazy questions. It is finally stopping.

Hopefully will not have to have dealings with them in the future. Was not treated with respect. My husband was upset at how they treated me. They apparently watch to much t.v. everyone is a potential criminal in their eyes.
