I recently took an elderly client to Ticor because she had concerns about her property. This was NOT Ticor's job to look into anything after the selling process between the sellers and buyer (my client) but this amazing woman Cindy helped to put her mind at ease and spent her own time to comfort her and assure her that everything is taken care of and even offered information on people that could further help a struggling senior citizen in her position. Kind of irritated with the sale of the house. Error in payout. They told us 4 days after close and expected payback in less than 24 hours. Just turned a stressful situation into a more stressful situation. It was their/Banner Banks error on the bookkeeping.
