100% listen to Bob Smith. DO NOT GET A LOAN HERE. I paid extra for insurance that was supposed to pay off my loan in case I totalled my car. Guess what, I was hit and my car was totalled, and my car was NOT paid off. Noe they are suing me for the remainder of the car loan for a car that I dont even have. Ridiculous! They will scam you and screw you over!

We chose to switch all of our accounts, including loans, from another bank in Muncie to Thrive! Best decision we could have made! Love the staff, especially at the Delaware branch! They are always willing to go out of their way to make sure we are taken care of!

I have a client who has an account here, and she paid me by check… They wanted to charge me a five dollar fee because I don’t have an account there… But the check is drawn on their bank…?
