    After being a customer for over 4 years & 2 car loans I would never in a million years recommend this company! The lack of customer service, empathy or human decency is appalling! Never late nor never missed a payment, loan ends in less than 6 months as well! Called to request payment not to be pulled due to funeral expenses. What was confirmed, was never done! Called to follow up and the most unprofessional employee named Felicia was beyond rude! I’m sure she will not be effected by her lack of customer service or professional but I promise I will ensure to make everyone know NOT to do any business with this company!

    Edit - every time I have had a conversation with anyone they act so rude like they are better then you . Never talked to anyone here that actually acted like they had manners. Worse customer service ever. I pay my bills on time and never been late yet I still get treated poorly with every interaction 🙄🙄🙄🙄 Really wish I would of never signed this. I’m told one thing and then called today and it’s another. I can’t wait to pay this off, I will never use them again.

    Called a couple days before my scheduled payment so so could postpone for 1 week and make 2 at one time. Never been late on a payment. Not to mention I drove over 2 hours to buy this vehicle from them. I have twin 6 month old girls at home and are the sole reason I even got the vehicle. One is sick and needed medicine so I called to try and postpone so I could get my daughter’s prescription. Before I could even finish talking she interrupted me and said I can’t postpone or change a payment for at least 6 months. Unwillingness to work with me has turned me away from buying any more vehicles through them and ill make sure to tell fellow new parents to avoid them

    Wish I would have read the reviews before i ever financed through this company. I bought a car through this company had it for 6 months and the transmission went out on it. I told them to come get the car because I'm not dumping money into something that came from a car lot and shouldn't be broken already. Its been 2 or 3 years now since that, I haven't heard anything from this company till now. Now they are dragging me to small claims court for a car the retook possession and sold for I'm sure is more than its worth. After my over the phone court date tomorrow Ill update this review and see how greedy and crooked they really are.

    I’m going to the better business bureau and getting me a lawyer they don’t care about nothing but money and have a million cars that need engines and transmissions. Scammers I’m also going to fox 59 news station to warn others. My car been in there shop for three months I didn’t receive a rental or anything. They will let you lose job, home, car everything it’s sad unprofessional and needs to be address. I call everyday and still the same thing this is not fair.

    I am very disappointed in the service this company offers. I understand they have a job to do but the representative Danitra has a very unprofessional way of handling customers. I understand if you can’t make arrangements but the way you speak to a customer represents the company in a major way. I’ve had my car for almost 3 years and each time I run into a hardship there is always bad handling. I understand if an arrangement can’t be made but talking over me while I’m talking and hanging up on my without notice is totally inappropriate. I work in a call center myself and I have never handled my calls the way I’ve been handled and I’m not even a rude customer. They say all calls are being recorded I want all the calls pulled and reviewed and proper customer service training done for these reps . Regardless of what the representative point is you should never over talk and be disrespectful to a customer. I honestly hate the fact that I even got my loan through this company. Worse decision ever, and again it’s not even the company it’s the customer service. I’ve never in my life will recommend the company because of the customer service. I know so many other that have the same complaint. I asked to speak with the supervisor of the representative and I was transferred right back to her ! I am so upset because I feel like I don’t have a voice as a customer yet I’ve spent already almost 10,000 and still have $6500 left to be paid off. I hope no one else has to experience this and I also advise if you don’t have to finance with a better company PLEASE !! Do your own research read the reviews because most the time people leave a review because nothing else can be done about their complaint.

    Indiana Finance is the worst company I ever hve to deal with. Theyre unprofessional, disrepectful poor customer service. Yesterday, I called to try advise them that I was not able to pay the full amount but have majority of the payment. The young lady was very rude she cut me off while I was speaking and just transferred me to someone and I wasnt aware. I end up speaking with Daniesha or Doneisha. I told her that i am paying over the blue book value of this car technically i alreasy paid for it. She stated i couldnt for i was admeded twice. I told her that is not true i only was admended once she said yes you were cause i did it verbally. I told her thats illegal you can adjust anything in my account without me signing on it and sending me what agreed in writing. Im going to tell you you all please please DO NOT FINANCE through this company. My lawyer and I in the process of getting something done about this car. These people are frauds. Here is a response from another person who is dealing with them "They finance you for vehicles at 14 x the blue book value and tack on 20% interest rates. You're in trouble if you ever find yourselves financed by these guys. I mean you are SCREWED they'll take you for 10's of thousands of dollars. My advice is find a good attorney, contact the Attorney General's office and get out of the clutches of this predatory outfit."

    I have been with this company almost 5 years, 2nd Car. My case Manager is Allison she is very rude, insensitive & entitled! They dont care what the situation is they are just money hungry. They wont even get you into another car if anything happens to your car! This company is only about money not about the customer🎯

    I been dealing with them for about a couple of months now and I will say every time I call they are always so polite, When my other car was wrecked Michael worked so hard to make sure that I wasn't going to be paying on a vehicle that I didn't have anymore and he was able to get it taken care of and get me into a new vehicle, They are the best finance place because before them I was with a company named bridgecrest and they were the worst ! But indiana finance always makes it easy, The only suggestion I have is to make the app more presentable, I'm a little iffy on making my payments on the app but it the app is updated I will definitely start making my payments there :)

    My account manager Alicia was extremely helpful in getting my monthly payments adjusted to better accommodate my increase in rent. She was very empathetic and kind when answering my questions. After reading all these comments, I was very nervous about calling to inquire about lowering my monthly car payments. My experience was nothing but positive. I expressed my concerns and she told me she would do what she could to make the proper adjustments and that she would call me back with a couple estimates. I figured I would be waiting a few days to hear back from her. About an HOUR later, Alicia calls back with a number I can definitely live with. I can't thank her enough for acting so fast and reaching out even faster with a resolution. I've had my car for 2 years now, and my experience with Oak Motors and Indiana Finance has been seamless.

    Customer service is non-existing! I realize that they are in business to make money. I do owe them for my car. However, they will not work with you when circumstances beyond your control come up (like losing your job to COVID-19). They call you and everybody on your reference every single day. Even after you make an arrangement. The representative all but call you a liar! They are heartless no matter how desperate you are do not buy a car loan through them.

    My name is Bruce Pastorius, I'm currently waiting for Berkshire to start paying on my vehicle. So I can get a new one because I was in a accident. I have not been updated about what's happening one time yet, I am unable to get to my second job and can only pay my rent right now. And car payments are still trying to be taken from me.     I don’t understand why they have so many bad reviews! I’ve been with them for 2 years and they’ve been so helpful. If I ever needed to be a little late on a payment or anything especially during COVID they were so understanding and helpful! I just totaled my car the other day and they were so quick to help and answer my questions and are trying to make it to where I don’t have to keep paying on a vehicle I don’t have. Definitely will be purchasing my next car through them too!

    Don’t waste your time if you know what’s good for you my insurance company has been reaching out to these people Since the beginning of the month to get the title so they can pay off my car that got stolen they have yet to send any information or be in any contact with my insurance I have been sitting around with no for almost a month now if you lose your car don’t expect them to hurry up and send documents to your insurance and Kelly who ever that is that works there is the one they are trying to get the paperwork from what your doing is wrong and you wonder why people commit suicidal actions thanks a lot I have been thru enough

    Linda is my Account Manager, she has been super helpful and so kind to us. Anytime I've called and spoke with someone customer service related I've had nothing but good things to say. They take their time working with you on your account, if you have questions, or concerns based on payment related issues, or just about your vehicle in general we have had no problems. They're always friendly to me and ready to help in any way that they're able to. My car had to go to the service center to be repaired because my alternator went out on Monday and because I had issues the company I bought my vehicle from and Indiana Finance are working on me with my repair costs, and have been nothing but helpful. I have nothing but positive things to say, and I wouldn't want to deal with another company because we have been treated so well.

    Shamika is very rude and ghetto, said my mouth was “reckless” lol. Anyway, they are SUPPOSED to be a second chance finance company…what they really mean is, your credit isn’t great so we will treat you how we want to and just interested in money. I am making it my mission to stand outside their office, the oak motors dealership etc… and let people know just how their experience will be with these people. I will also be directing them to Joes Auto sales where they ACTUALLY mean it when they say they care about their customers.

    First time dealing with them. Very rude. My first car payment was last week. I accidentally only payed them $107 instead of $156. My car payment is $156 for the first 5 weeks due to taxes. So I owe $50. They are telling me I have to pay the $50 tonight by 7. They are saying my payment is in deliquint over $50. The car is great but just wow on this. Very unprofessional. I dont see why they can't just put the extra $50 on another week. I payed the majority of my car payment. After the first 5 weeks my car payment will be $107.

    Had to surrender a car over three years ago because it was junk. Never received anything in the mail not a call or email about paying off what was left. Then I look online and a judgement has Entered under my name. Once again never RECEIVED anything about going to court etc. this company is very unprofessional and will give you a loan for $20000 for a car worth $1000

    They will harass you, call you every single day , email, text and all... sure they will work with you but also have no sympathy at alluring covid times. Also customer service is not great, my account manager had an attitude then hung up on me after explaining to her that I was trying my hardest to come up with my payments. People have other bills , kids and all and I understand it’s your job to get the car payments but it’s also unreasonable .. also what it cost to get these cars fixed because they aren’t the greatest , it will seem as if they are helping you but really they just want your money and take advantage of people with not great credit. Definitely work on hiring people with better customer service and coming up with crisis plans Incase another one like covid happens.

    Please do not go through them. This company is honestly a scam and only care about their money. I will never make this mistake again ever!     Don’t get a loan from this place ever I wouldn’t even make this a last resort. They don’t care what you are going through or even try to empathize with you when you’re going through hard times especially after what’s going on in today’s world with a pandemic. I must admit I was a little behind on my payments but not as much the most was $200, now I have gotten it down to just being late $50 dollars, they will keep calling even when you are at least trying your best to pay as much as you can, I have other bills to pay as well and still have to make sure I’m taking care of. My agent told me since I’m $50 behind my account is in a delinquent amount for 10,000. They give you a loan amount that’s overpriced for older vehicles if I would have known what I know now I would have never agreed to a contract with them.!!

    Completely rude. Even when your in the positive and just call to get information they are rude. I've never endured such horrible customer service and grown up bullying in my life. This company will not help you and they do not care if there is ever an issue. Get financed through someone else. Oak motors experience was fine. It's their finance company that will make you not go with them. They never explain anything with out degrading you. I need a whole new account manager and supervisor of the account manager. Absolutely pathetic. I had one good lady I spoke with Alicia and she was AMAZING, my "account manager and supervisor " will not let me speak with her now. I work in the customer service industry and word of mouth I will let every one know Indiana finance is not worth it. Go some where else .

    The car is running good but the tires are cracked and loose air and need to be replaced. Also the car was way overpriced by around $8,000. Love the car but I feel like I was extremely overcharged after looking up the value. The team at Oak Motors was nice and courteous and professional but the payments are really high and the total amount is way to high. Wish I would have looked up the blue book value first.
