KT Pawn E 13th St, Muncie

I'd wouldn't give this place a star... The owner is very rude and racist!! I will never be back there again!

This place stole $289 from me. I bought a ring and they told me it was a real diamond. I went to the jewelers to have it resized and found out the stone was a cubic zirconia. The pawn shop was rude. All sales are final. $289 lost.

The employees here are some of the most uneducated, rude, disrespectful people I have ever came across I was in their store and they were talking down to another customer it was absolutely shameful. Also their pricing is unreasonable for what they are selling I definitely wouldn't suggest this pawn shop if you're looking for good deals.

Cool enough people when i used to go there. Although, once I bought something and pawned it somewhere else. Turns out it was stolen and was seized from the place i pawned it and i was a part of a small investigation until i proved i bought the item at KT Pawn. In the end, i spent money at KT for something the police seized. I told them about it and they confirmed they sold me the item and when to keep me out of trouble... but they didnt make it right with me... they should have refunded my money but they never reached out. Oh well. Now I see Diana is working there now. I'm sure things will improve.

My favorite pawn shop in town by far, the staff has always been helpful to me good variety and fair prices.

I wouldn't have given them even one star if Google would have let me rate and review without doing so. So I spent quite a bit of money there and they lied to me about the electronics I bought. I should've done the research myself. I plan on trying to reason with them considering all the years I've bought from them. I'll definitely let everyone know what happens.

Do not buy gold or silver from there with out your own test kit.....I normally have my stig and acid kits with me unfortunately this time I did not.....20toz silver FAKE 1/4toz gold fake....all sale final tho that should have been my first red flag....they have been reported to bbb and police.... hopefully one day someone will put an end to them selling fake items....also make sure items are not stolen seen I few items there that was listed on FB as stolen that had been pawned there

Worst price ever. Rude owner don't care for people they just about there selfs don't go they will rip u off I no from first hand. And kyle sells fake gold then says u can't have your money back even no he knows it was him who sold it to me . just say your money

Got taken on a brand new jbl charge 4 nobody buy it they will have it priced for $129.00 they only gave me $25.00 for it they shady like that
