Think Bank Greenview Dr, Rochester

Are you an average joe looking for a decent bank? Then look anywhere else. This bank has failed so many in the working class and LOVES LOVES LOVES to CHARGE CHARGE CHARGE. they also love to deny you any assistance they love to deny you any help. I asked for a deferment on my loan which I have never missed a payment on for 2 months. I just needed 2 months to get my life together. And they denied it. Please look anywhere else. I cannot wait to switch to USAA today. Also who wants to go to the bank that is colored fuchsia. Seriously trust me they will never work with you. They will never approve your loan. You were too poor for them you were beneath them. This is no longer a bank for an average working class member. Look elsewhere

Their lines can get congested at times but overall you won't find friendlier staff. They are quick and have a very hometown feel. If errors arise, they are quick to ensure its corrected.

They are big enough to matter, small enough to care and wise enough to respect their customers and keep them happy! Great place, great staff great choice! Grow with Think Bank...I certainly am...

Horrible customer service, beyond RUDE!!!!! Closed my account without notice. I travel due to sick family and primarily use this bank for emergencies and check/cash deposits. 10/10 would not recommend banking here, find somewhere else!

Friendly bank, good service, and most of the time it is quick unless its a usual busy time. Have sat down with bankers a few times and they are happy to awnser any questions you have. Since they closed the north one by essex park this is my favorite branch to go to.

Staff is very friendly and love the atmosphere; able to actually talk to the staff on personal levels because they're so nice, best bank in the business! Been with them 5 years now and coming from Wells Fargo, not a single regret for coming here. Only small complaint is to get the ATM deposit started!

Wow! Wow! Wow! First, let me say, I walked into this bank, to open an account, having an ordinary day. I left this bank having an EXTRAORDINARY day! Pat made everything so easy to set my checking and savings account up. She is beyond helpful and caring! Such a beautiful soul! Brad, the insurance agent there, whom I've spoken with only over the phone to purchase insurance, made it a point to come in and say hello to me, introduce himself and wish me a happy birthday! (Yes, it is my birthday!) After opening the account and depositing my first transaction, Pat and (I wish I could remember her name! Long brown hair, beautiful tattoos) sang Happy birthday to me, the bank clapped, and I got cookies! How GREAT is that?! Go to this bank. Bank here. You will NOT be disappointed!

I have yet to have a positive experience at this location. Every time I have gone through the drive up, I have left feeling like trash. I don’t know the name of the woman who has helped me all three times, but she is very rude and condescending. I’ve never left a google review before, but I was so upset I felt I needed to say something. I will be going to another location in Rochester from now on.

Used to be a good bank but now all they do is charge random fees to your credit card and debit account. Highly unhappy and will be switching banks.
