Tried getting a loan from my bank on 2 different occasions. Turned down both times. Bank wouldn't work with me at all. My girlfriend suggested trying First Alliance where she is a member. What a difference. Jessica worked with me and not only got my loan approved, but also worked out a better deal on my car loan. Needless to say, I am switching all of my accounts to First Alliance. Kevin, Hopkins, MN Hello, I am a First Alliance member. Once again I am not happy with the service I received an associate with First Alliance. Once again we are going thru the exact same situation. I was told again by Kari that I did not have courtesy pay when in fact I did. This is in regards to the conversation we had this morning. Once I have found records to prove that I had courtesy pay on my account. I did speak to an Andrea Allen who stated she was Director of Member Services. I am not sure why you guys continue to make the same mistake over and over again. I have the application that did indeed indicate that I did not want courtesy pay that was on 12/5/2020. I only did that because I felt pressured by Kari and I had no choice. However after speaking to Andrea Allen the application for courtesy pay was RESTORED AND SIGNED by Matt Knudson on 12/29/2020. I would like my courtesy pay restored. This has been a very frustrating experience. Kari stated she would have a manager reach out to me regarding this experience. I have yet to hear from anyone. Daniel helped me refinance my truck loan, he got me a better interest rate and made the whole process easy. He also answered any questions I had promptly! Couldn’t of asked for a better process/ service!

Jessica made this the most stress free loan I have ever had!! The service was 100% on point!! You ask a question she was right there with the answer!! This is one big reason I will be with first alliance for a long time!!!

First Alliance Credit Union is great! We recommend them to all our friends and family. Sept 2020 Once again, First Alliance Credit Union came through for us. They’ve been very supportive through the COVID19 and reached out to us to see if there was anything they could do to help us. With the help and support of Jessica Wampach, we did a HELOC to consolidate our bills (which pushed our credit score to excellent). In addition, we were able to purchase a new vehicle with great rates! I recommend First Alliance to everyone. They have never disappointed us.

Once again my wife and I have had a great experience in working with First Alliance. We took our car in for service and were presented with an opportunity to purchase a new car. This all had to be done quite quickly, and we had many things to get done with the payoff on our current car as well as get the financing for the new one. As always we work with Lisa Sobotta, and she holds our hands through the whole process. She was able to do the payoff, get the lien release, and get the financing in place in the span of an afternoon, allowing us to drive home in a new car that day. We have had nothing but good experiences with Lisa & First Alliance. Time after time when you need them they are there to help, and get you where you need to be. It is nice to know that when you call, you can talk with Lisa. She knows who we are when we call, and she has an understanding of not only what we need, but who we are as people, and in todays world that means more to us than calling and speaking to a computer. I had several accounts at First Alliance for many years when I lived in town, then I moved across the country and then a year later I moved to Canada. Throughout all of my moves, the team at First Alliance were helpful in resolving issues related to management of my accounts from afar. In my opinion, they went 'above and beyond' to assist me with my banking and vehicle loan needs as my life changed. I highly recommend First Alliance Credit Union, they have a great team!

I've been with FA since 2008. Anytime I've needed anything, I've always been provided with great customer service. Lisa handled my latest loan and she was wonderful to work with!

This Bank tells nothing but lies and deception. They are not for the people, they don't care about you. They are just an institution that wonts your money. I drank the coolade for a bit, but now I see the light. Better banks out there with less hopes to jump through in particular for small personal loans. If I could give it a 0 stars I would. Rant over.......

I found their interest rates very competitive and staff easy to work with. There were no hassles and I find that there are fewer charges for services such as bill pay on business accounts that I have encountered at other institutions in town. Refinanced our home mortgage and very happy with the process and rates that we received.
