He knows his stuff and is very knowledgeable. I was a first time home buyer and he made the mortgage part of the housebuying process the easiest part. I will definitely be using him again.

Andy’s team is amazing. Not only did they keep us informed and make sure we fully understood every step along the way, Andy also put in place multiple back up plans and options. Tina kept in contact on a regular basis to keep us up to date and answer any questions we had. Overall there is nothing more I could have asked for. While we are excited about our new home and our new relationship with Andy and his team, we are sad this journey to homeownership is over. We started working with Andy several years ago as we began the process of home buying for the first time. Andy was great with using layman terms and helping us walk through our options once we were ready to commit to a plan. Andy knows his stuff when it comes to mortgage financing. He sorted an incredible deal for me considering my circumstances and made sure he had my interests aligned with the end result. He went to extraordinary lengths to communicate regularly and explain the process of what was happening. He provided personal videos to explain things and did everything that he could to make it a smooth transaction. Highly recommended.

Andy and his team were extremely helpful in the entire process of buying our first home together. He understood our situation without even having to explain it and was so knowledgeable we feel as though we know more about the mortgage industry now then we could have hoped to learn even in a classroom. Our process involved an understanding of our financial situation, a transparent view into the process of mortgage shopping what we could afford, a path forward to get exactly what made sense for us now and in the future, and a constant contact that always had the next meeting, discussion, or checkup to see how we are doing mentally with the process but emotionally as well through difficult events. Our negotiation skill improved as well with some very useful tips provided in the start of the process. My fiancé and I could not be more happy with Andy and his team in this process, highly recommend.

These guys made buying a house too easy. Very accessible, almost all electronic processing and very easy to work with. Everyone's situation is different. In my case, I was recently retired so my income had recently changed. Andy knew exactly how to handle it and I was approved in a few days
