We previously used a Sente Mortgage team for our first home purchase in Texas and were extremely satisfied, so when we needed to relocate to Oklahoma, we knew that we wanted to try to find another Sente team to work with. We were not disappointed in the exceptional service provided by Eric and his team. They were on top of everything, had outstanding communication, utilized an app which simplified the entire process, and were able to coordinate our closing with that of our previous home so we wouldn't have any time between houses. The Title company and our realtor that we worked with specifically told us how impressed they were with the experience and that this was one of the smoothest transactions that they had ever completed. No process is ever perfect! We moved from out of state and it was so nice to have everything done via the digital document website. Eric's team was on top of the paperwork, hit a very compressed timeline, returned my calls an text's ASAP, and followed up as needed to keep things running smoothly.
