Never had any problems till the name switch. Now I'm locked out of my account once every 1-2 weeks! This week they decided to let my card work for a bit and make some small purchases ; then a couple hours later whole card just completely stopped working all together, despite having money!! Thought it was the card itself since its a bit beat up but i can't even make online purchases 😠 And of course there's no way to reach them on the weekend so pretty much screwed till Monday. Super unhappy with this service

Used to be good before the name change! Now so many issues and the times I've called they have been dude and unhelpful. What happened to this place? Why did it go so down hill?

They are a great bank if you just want to deposit and withdrawal money-they are great at that. Customer service if hit or miss - I've had terrible tellers at the main branch and great tellers on campus. If however, you need to do anything complicated like order and ATM debit card (it took them 3 months to finally get mine to me- no fault of mine). Always have a problem when I need to something more than a deposit or withdrawal and mostly due to inexperienced employees.

I thought maybe my experience last week here was a one-off. In the past, their tellers are, for the most part, friendly and helpful. Last week I deposited some money in my account. First, the teller acted like she had no idea what she was doing. Then, she was totally rude. I had to ask for a deposit receipt and then there was no thank-you. I really don’t have to put my money in your bank. Then today, I received the same treatment but with another teller. Wow! Thinking of pulling my money out of here!

The staff were kind, friendly and eager to help.

If you want an app or an online banking that works more than 75% of the time, this is not the place. Otherwise, its good.

Bank offers exceptional customer service. No long wait times when you call, like with many large banks. Customer representatives are very polite and informative.

Good bank for children. They are constantly having software issues. losing peoples security passwords and such.

Am a University Employee and they looked for every reason not to help me. Made me and my wife sit in the waiting room for a very long time. Seemed to not have any motivation to answer questions. Then when a Credit bureau that isnt one of the main three (Experian, Trans Union, or Equifax) said I had a mark on my report they wouldn't move forward and did not help my identify why the report said that. Arvest is a faceless coreperate bank and they are warmer to their customers than UFCU
