Mark is a fantastic mortgage loan officer. This is our second experience (initial loan then refi) of doing a deal through him. Simply put, we trust him, and based on that, everything else becomes so much easier. Obviously no loan agent cannot control the markets, the rates are what they are. But with Mark we felt we git sincerity and transparency. He helped us navigate tricky parts of the process and we felt always that he was batting for us and in our corner.
