Louis Vogtman is one of the most professional people I have ever met. He is also very knowledgeable and understanding. Louis was always available and thoroughly answered all of my questions. Overall my experience with Caroline and Nathan was great. I understand that this is a long process and very tedious for lenders but that didn’t stop them from getting the best rate possible for me in an inflating economy.
