I came in from out of state to open a special account for my business. Before making the trip, I called them and explained the exact situation. I was assured it would not be a problem. Today I showed up and was met with complete hostility; it appeared they were looking for any reason to deny me service, and in fact after an hour or so they refused to open the account.

Great, friendly staff. Laura is a credit to her profession and is so wonderful. Tina is also helpful and friendly as well. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else

Completley rude and disrespectful, never in my life have I had a teller treat me the way they did after being denied withdrawals for my mothers bank account when she's been hospitalized with 2 broken legs *Note that the slip was made out to me and I handed them a proper form of ID and the teller wasn't buying my "story". The branch manager is unprofessional with speaking to customers trying to resolve an issue and was lashing back out at us claiming we were degrading her customers while yet herself was doing the same over the phone and not once apologized. Place is a circus show......
