Chris Hernandez with SMI Lending has now worked on two deals for me. He first helped me refinance my home. This was such an extremely quick and easy process, so I decided to use Chris when it was time to make my recent home purchase. He continued to be very helpful throughout the entire process. He was also very prompt in his responses. When things became a little shaky due to my situation, Chris continued to fight to get my deal closed (a week early might I add). There was never a time when I felt as though my lender wasn't working for me or my deal wasn't a priority. I would definitely recommend Chris if you are interested in getting a loan and staying informed at all times.
