I wish I could give a zero, cause they do not deserve 1 one star rating.. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.. THEY ARE LIAR, THEY FLIP HOUSES FOR PROFIT, THEY BUY HOMES WITH PROBLEMS, COVER THE PROBLEMS UP WITH.CHEAP FIXES AND DO DONT DISCLOSE WHAT THEY HAVE DONE, THEY FLIP THEM SO THEY NEVER RESIDE IN THEM SO THEY ARE NOT HELD ACCOUNTABLE. The worst real estate agency ever...I’ve purchased a home with them and guaranteed me I was getting a good deal and I thought I was...I was told the home is a brick home and wouldn’t have problems...after a year or so all the problems started happening..the doors weren’t the right size so they wouldn’t close and the windows wouldn’t lock and also close...the so called brick home that they said was real and whole brick was not...the brick started cracking all over the house and falling off...I have to get the home rebricked with whole brick and god knows how much that’s gonna cost me...the brick was not even half of a brick and shouldn’t be considered as a brick....if you do purchase or go through this real estate make sure u go through every single detail of the home and get a inspector even if u pay for it out of ur pocket
