I tried to call and ask a simple question if they had a product I was looking for and was treated very rudely and as if I was not worth their time. Will never try to contact or do business again

I would give no stars if possible, My husband just took 1400$ worth of items in to see what they would brice, the items were brand new in box and they offered $200. Don't waste your time trying to deal with these people in their dirty unprofessional store. I also bought 2 xbox ones in there less than 2 months ago and both are having issues, they only give a 24 hr warranty.

Eddie help me when I visit this shop. The service was fast and I was able to get the dollar amount requested for my item. I will be back if need. You can trust this guy!

This place is full of junk and he employees were EXTREMELY RUDE! I would not recommend coming to this place at all. DO NOT bring things in to buy either. They are not sensible about offers either. I brought in a pair of BRAND NEW Air Jordan 13's that were never worn and they offered me 30$. THEY DIDNT EVEN KNOW WHAT THE JUMPMAN LOGO WAS! This place is very dirty and cluttered. I will NEVER come here again.

Staff is unprofessional and flat out rude. I came in to purchase a generator and jacuzzi tub the gentleman who showed me the jacuzzi swore that it was brand new and they had just received it. Upon taking a closer look at this item you could see that the motor was completely rusted and weathered from being outside. Once I informed him that we would not be interested in purchasing the tub he immediately copped an attitude and went from giving us a flat rate on the generator to taxing us $15.

This place customer service is HORRIBLE! I recently went in today to pawn a 10k gold necklace, they told me it was fake and copper when I already pawned it before at another pawn shop. He told me not to come back to his store. I’m convinced these people are a gimmick!

As always when I pawn in something they have great service and are super professional and nice. Very welcoming and I do recommend coming here.

Staff is amazing, friendly and so fair, the gentleman that runs the pawnshop, always gives me a fair amount of money for my items... they also has a great selection of pretty much every and anything you could think of, from electronics/videogame systems/televisions/tablets& speakers... To tools/lawn&landscaping/dirtbikes&quads/bicycles, jewelery, and so much more... You name it, Detroit Pawn has it lol frfr ...Best pawnshop i've been to, and i'll definately be going back!!

This place is a disgrace to the pawn shop industry if you can call this a pawn shop do not go to this place if you have any dignity this guy has got over on me too many times I stopped going here a long time ago if you want a good pawn shop with great deals go to Great Lakes Pawn

This place should be called a junk yard not a pawn shop, employee/ manager that waited on me was extremely rude and disrespectful, all reviews on here are of his friends and family as there was about 10 of his friends on there when I visited, i felt very uncomfortable as everyone was staring at what I brought in, owner offered me $60 for 2k worth of gold. Scam artist unprofessional establishment.. stay away!!!

I once was a good customer here until they broke my apple Mac desktop and wanted to low ball me on the replacement price. Then they got pissed with me and told me to take them to court after they gave me the run around for a week promising me a new computer. This was my last time pawning anything here.

Went to sell 2 tablets I no longer needed and the lady was rude. She told me they didn't take the brands I had and when I asked why she ignored me and proceeded to assist another customer. Never again will I go here; it's bad enough they have junk sitting outside the store. It looks like a drop off spot for trash. Smh.

This place broke the stand off my tv. Gave me one they had to replace my unit with option of a thirty day RETURN policy. I returned within 2 weeks. WHY ?? Turns out it's remote had corrosion plus screen had a crack which the owner pointed out to me himself when I returned for a $40 pawn request which he was refusing to take in because of the crack in the screen. But took it once he realized it was the tv he pawned off to me in replace of my tv which they broke. I contacted Better Business Bureau, his response was we settled the matter claiming we took home a 42inch LAIR !!! So I called him on it, his response was to just come in. Well I did and foolishly accepted another tv. Got home tho he lead me to believe it was a new model it only had 480p. My tv was least than 2 years old and was an 1080p, no scares and remote in tack. I WILL be RETURNING THIS ONE AS WELL AND CONTACTING AN ATTORNEY. Would truly like to get a news crew on these criminals. If your smart you won't patronize this establishment

I swear to god this is the worst place ever. All I wanted was a chord for an xbox and they said it was $20 on the phone but $40 when I got there and it did not even work smh. I'm taking it back tomorrow and I guarantee I'm getting the whole $40.

They tried to low ball me like I don’t knw how much my items were worth, he tried to give me $50 for a Xbox one, controller, wit nba 2k18, Ripoff.... never will go here again and the staff doesn’t knw anything at all, jus rude and unprofessional

Pretty great service, fair prices they give you for things, and the pawn shop is pretty neat and they have pretty good things and nice selection of stuff as well.
