I have been Matt Curry's client for a number of years and I have always felt that he has been able to manage my investments well for my benefit. He is always readily available to address my concerns and facilitate my needs. We have been working with Matt Curry for almost 10 years and I have always found that he is very good at explaining the status of our investments and our retirement from AT&T. He is always well prepared at our semi-annual meetings. My last advisor was short, curt and very condescending. They did not listen.

Kevin helped me in 14 cases to get insurance for my relatives. He is so responsive and knowledgeable. It is not all about selling insurance. He also guides you to make the best decisions for you. His assistant Jenna is very knowledgeable and professional. They are very passionate about what they are doing. He truly hit the mark for me and many of my friends. We struggled to get on a Zoom on Pension planning for Chevron employees. Not too techy so the login crisis to the webinar was finally averted. Wesley Boudreaux did a great job. After being burned out on video meeting and honestly just sick and tired of looking at my screen I was coerced to see a Virtual Retirement and Benefits Seminar on Pension planning for Chevron employees. The Word choice has now changed from Covid, Delta Omicron variant , epidemialogist, virology test kits , and false positives replaced by Words like lump vs annuity, age penalties, NUA and age penalties, interest rates, health care increases Wesley Boudreaux did a great job. I had so many questions on the Interest Rates and how they affect my Pension at Chevron. Don’t waste your time in this company. They don’t even know who they want to hire. I got an invitation to have face to face second-round interview today. However, they cancel it right before the meeting when I arrived at their office. The reason they told me is that they do not hire people who need a sponsor. But we had a phone interview two weeks ago with clear sponsorship required. The recruiter told me that his boss did not reply to him until 8 mins before the interview. Obviously, internal management is terrible. Also, this company shows no respect for your timing.

I watched a webinar presented by Michael Lee. He discussed tax planning, pension and a few more things I thought could be useful to know more about. I am definitely going to call them to set up an appointment.

With layoffs abound at our division at AT&T the CWA invited us to watch a computer live Computer Webshop (Zoom etc) that the Retirement Group has every Friday for information about the retirement process the benefits about it and when it is ideal to do so. I found the Computer Webshop (Zoom etc) very informative and knowledgeable. Michael Lee explained everything very clearly.

The Retirement Group is a great place to get your foot in the door and gain experience in this field. I worked as an administrative assistant but learned a lot from financial advisors like Tyson Mavar and Michael Lee. They were so helpful when I was first learning how to do my job.

I attended a webinar on tax planning for Kaiser employees. Steve Boblis did a great job. I'll be giving them a call to set up an appointment.
