National Funding Towne Centre Dr, San Diego

We were seeking financing for our business and we decided to go with them to finance our equipment. We spoke to Gabe Nowaskey and he made everything sound good, he said they will be no pre pay penalty and now we have to pay the loan back plus all interest if we decide to pay early. He lied! He his misleading, these people are get overs. They are not a funding company they assign the contract to another company because they are liars!! The other companies cannot do anything about their wrong doings because they brought the Contract from them. PLEASE RUN FROM THIS COMPANY. I am reporting them to the better business bureau. This company is horrible and a bunch of liars. They know no one would agree to these terms and that’s why they lie and don’t explain everything how it needs to be explain! Horrible company

Feels a lot more like loan sharking than lending. They say there is no prepayment penalty then when they send you a contract there clearly seems to be. The interest is almost 20% then they want weekly payments for 6 months. It's really not worth it. It feels very scammy.

I called customer service as requested by National Funding (see pic), but I never did business here or gave them my information, so senior management told me I had no business with National Funding. That was exactly why I called. This company employs a lawyer and her friends who used my personal information to attack my children in court. Why is a funding company sending me child custody court papers or doing a criminal background check on my boyfriend? I don’t know, but some employees at this location are focused on things other than work and management seems to be okay with that.

I contacted National funding about a loan for my business a year ago. After hearing all the terms I decided it wasn't right for us. Told the loan officer and we both went out separate ways amicably. Then they SOLD my phone number and email address and I have recieved no less than 100 unsolicited calls, texts, and emails from other predatory lenders. Be wary of what information you give them. You are now a lead to them that they can make money off. As a small business owner who needs to answer their phone to speak to potential new clients, I wish I had never called National funding.

Disclaimer: we have not used this company for funding and only revived a “prequalified” letter in the mail. We called this company to inquire our options for financing. The representative sounded professional and direct. However, after telling them what/who we were we were not qualified for a loan. (Which we were not seeking; just inquiring on our options) I asked how did they get our information and I was told dun and Bradstreet although we haven’t reached that part in business development. In conclusion: I would recommend small businesses stay clear of these solicitation letters. Seems like a trap for new start ups that either are new or struggling .

Beware of this company. They use scare tactics to get their money. Once you sign a contract with them is like selling your soul. They have many people call you pretending to be an attorney to scare. Run for your life and by all means stay away from this company.

I own a small business in the construction industry. Haney Marlin Construction, LLC. We had some hard times at the beginning of the year this year and needed funding. This company does exactly what they say they are going to do. There are high interest rates and most people that apply here will be paying the loan back on a daily basis. Do Not take the loan if you can't pay it back. We were lucky to stay in business through the covid-19 pandemic shutdown and the slowed industry as it all happened a month after we took the loan. We needed the money and probably wouldn't have made it without the loan. The money comes out automatically from your checking account on a daily basis. There were a couple times that we had a hard time keeping up with the loan, but the industry bounced back and we got busy again and could actually pay the loan back and make money. We are still a thriving business today and were able to pay the loan off in full. If we could have paid it off sooner, we would have saved some money, but it's paid off and we are moving forward. It's good to know that the option for a business loan is here with National Funding. They did everything they promised and did it in a professional manner. Thank you National Funding for your help! It is not a scam and they do make money, but they give you the loan almost right away. They start taking it back right away too, so like I said. If you can't pay it back, Don't take this loan. I don't know what would happen if you couldn't make your payments, but the money comes out, Monday through Friday weather you have the funds or not. They do not take the payment on weekends or holidays, so as long as you can keep making money to pay the loan and make money to move forward, you will be okay, but if you are struggling and don't know if you are going to make it or not, I wouldn't take this loan. There have some options of taking another loan once you get 50%through it, but more money means more payments. It worked for us and I am thankful and grateful for the help. It wasn't easy, but we are still here and moving forward as a successful construction business that might not have made it without the loan from National Funding.

Horrible company!!!!! Gabe is a rip off and National Funding!!! Greed. They are evil people. Please watch out
