My father and I began looking for solutions to selling a home that was recently red tagged due to home deemed NOT fit to live in(health and safety wise), which was caused by the tenants. The tenants were also relatives which made matters more difficult. My father and I had two choices, either clean up the house again(did 2 years prior) and/or sell the house as is. Even a week after the house closed, Robert allowed me to go back into the house to search for tenant’s personal items that the tenant had forgot to take. I couldn’t find the items at the time, but Robert and his wife saved the items for me when he came upon them and contacted me. These times have been quite stressful for me and my father. Robert took most of that stress. Without Robert’s help, my father and I would probably still be cleaning out that house. Robert.......was and is a God Sent. Very Satisfied with the entire transaction. They offered a fair price and the entire paperwork process was very efficient and smooth. I could not imagine any easier way to do a real estate sale.
