I definitely recommend David Crofut as your loan representative. He has legendary customer service skills. Always returned my phone calls within an hour. Answered all my questions thoroughly. He made it possible for my loan to be completed after my husband passed away in the middle of the construction loan process. Everyone I talked to in the office was very polite and cheerful. We had good experiences in the past getting a loan but David was by far the best experience. Always pleasant, always fast to call back, always willing to do everything to help make the process smooth. And indeed the whole process went through without a glitch. I would not recommend land home financial services in Cameron Park. I applied for my loan back in May and got approved. 3 months passed and Dave Crowfut, who is very forgetful, could not close the deal in the 3 months so he ran my credit again this time without my permission. After being approved for the second time I waited patiently. Another 3 months passed, every two months they asked me for repeated records of my bank statements. They could not close the deal in time and attempted to run my credit again this being the 3rd time, after I waited 6 whole long months and they've asked me to wait another 3 months. I Strongly do not recommended and will not recommend any of these people. If you guys want to save some time run!l

This group of people, especially David Crofut, were the most patient, professional and helpful bunch. They helped us through a difficult process and smoothly got us a beautiful place to live.
