Ping has a great staff to support the closing shove through the paperwork Lenders need. They have a well-established network of partners to provide the best rate and closing cost. I bought a national Legal plan and found out even the plan’s covered closing attorney fee adds up to be higher than paying out of pocket to Ping’s. My friends had other challenges, such as self-employment, low credit score, low down payments, high debt to income ratio, various immigration statuses that present questions and challenges.
