This was my first time purchasing a home and my own bank told me they wouldn't be able to do it due to a lack of history. It was obvious Eric and Christine truly cared about me from the very start making sure I got the absolute best deal I could. Everything was on time, communication was incredible (texting even outside of business hours, emails, and a full blown website to keep track of the entire process). Anything that came up they had an easy solution for and even my realtor couldn't stop talking about how easy they made everything. Dave and his team worked to get me the mortgage that I needed and made everything on my end as effortless as possible. I was able to sign the majority of my documents online and when I went to close on my home I was there for less than an hour.closing as Dave and his team had everything together and very organized. If I ever decide to go down this road again in the future and obtain another mortgage I will definitely use element funding due to the experience that I had obtaining this mortgage and the closing, The whole process was very fluid. Horrible experience. This was the third house my husband and I have bought and never have we had such an awful experience with a finance company. This place is a train wreck. It’s filled with what seems like highly incompetent and/or inexperienced people. They added much unnecessary stress, and work to the process. They gave us conflicting information every week, leaving us uncertain and confused up until the morning of closing. Many mistakes were made by them. Needless to say, they don’t have their sh*t together. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. I absolutely regret using them, and never will again.

I ran across Element Funding thru an interest in another development. That development did not exactly have what I needed but Patty Murray was so easy to deal with I decided to roll with Element through the process of my home search.
