I am absolutely in love with the way this company has handled my account since day 1! Bianca reached out to me to and was so personal and detailed when going me a quote of my rates for car insurance. Her quote ended up saving me $75 more than any other company! Then she also would email me to keep me informed of any new savings for my account. My account is now $165 cheaper than any other insurance with MORE benefits on both of my vehicles. The customer service and communication within this team is so good, that I ended up switching my renters insurance over to State Farm as well. I just recently spoke with Lasha about life insurance and she went above and beyond to try to find a package that was personally best for my family!This is grade A service at its best! Every member of this team is very detailed, honest, and diligent. This is by far the best insurance I have ever had.

So far so good. I was with SF from 1989 to 2016 during several moves I stayed with them. I left in 2016 due to "mistreatment" by the local agent and the corporate office. Isiah is the reason why I am back. He was kind, knowledgeable and he went above and beyond to help me clear up an issue that was preventing me moving my home policy to SF. Very professional. Two thumbs way up.
