Victor was very reasonable with me while trying to sell an old engagement ring, whereas other pawn shops were not. 100% reccomend.

I've dealt with this Pawn Shop for years now and I can't say enough about the employees as well as management. Eli, chase and the rest are extremely honest and always give you a good deal whether your buying or selling. I highly recommend these guys.....

Best pawn shop in the Valley! Victor has a great selection of jewelry for sale! He was very friendly and have me an honest, knowledgeable answer to my jewelry questions and took the time to walk me through a professional appraisal of some pieces I had brought in. I had a lot of questions, but he never made me feel rushed like other pawn shops! This is an honest business in a great, safe location! As a disabled Marine Corps veteran, And waiting for a benefit increase finances we're stacking against me, and I had never done the pawnshop experience but one time in my life prior. I have A 30-year-old Taylor acoustic guitar that had cosmetic damages from repairs, but still spectacular Tone and a great guitar. I was greeted by two gentlemen, and when they discovered I was a Marine Corps Veteran, they made it known that they were 100% veteran friendly, because the owner is a Marine Corps Veteran as well. Absolute true professionalism at it's finest paired with accommodation that was extended to me when I truly needed it. There's a reason why the Marine Corps is the worlds biggest fraternity, because I don't need to know the man across for me to know the man across from me. Since that visit I have visited three other stores, and complete uniformity as far as professionalism and orderly. Do you give the industry good name, and I would 100% recommend the pawn shop to my mother, and that is TRUTH!

I pop in every few weeks to look at guitar gear + love the place. Victor is very reasonable with trade in equipment and letting customers test out the gear in store. I’d recommend to any guitar fan who is looking for something new at a great price. Super easy parking + new stuff all the time. The staff is awesome and I’m happy to see local businesses like these.

This place is awesome for used music gear. Victor knows how to make a deal if you see something cool. I bought my first electric guitar here, and there are often new pedals and amps to try. Definitely worth checking out if you want to get started with music on a budget. (Or if you want to sell your old gear. So I can buy it.)

The staff is friendly and truly honest and helpful. Victor, who was formerly at the Broadway location and is now at 9th street, is my go-to. He is especially knowledgeable about coins and precious metals, and was able to help me pawn coins that other shops would not take because they lacked the knowledge required to make an offer. I am definitely a happy, repeat customer.
