    After seeing all of the negative comments I was fully prepared to do what everyone else was going to do which was stop payment if they didn’t answer the phone. On Friday around 4 PM I was calling and calling and was not getting a response so I decided to wait until today which is Monday and call. I called around 12:30 PM and my wait time was maybe eight minutes and I got on the phone with Misty and she was very very pleasant and she let me know how much my Balance was and she gave me her extension. So my best advice is to wait until regular business hours and give them a call! Now that I know what my balance is I can work towards that amount! Good luck!

    Definitely the worst company I've ever had to deal with!! I've called well over 20 times within the last few days trying to get in contact with ANYONE who can help me. Every time I did I would get redirected to Cassie Johnson and it ALWAYS went straight to voicemail. Finally I talked with the guy Billy who helped me set up my payment arrangement(not sure why he couldn't just help me the first time) and asked how many times I have to call before someone is actually available. He then got the supervisor Derek and he was able to help me FINALLY! I completely lost my patience with them. I told them to stop taking money out of my account because I don't have the funds right now and they promised that it is taken care of, but they aren't able to send me any type of confirmation. What?! Let's hope they are telling the truth! Ugh. Such a headache. If they contact you asking for money and try offering you deals you think you cant pass up, ignore it! They are a joke just like everyone else says. SCAM! SAM! SCAM!

    I called to settle down the debt of my wife so we can move on. They told me that is already on a law firm and they provided me the contact information. Then I call the law firm and they told me that they send it back to them. I called them again and they told me that they send an email to there legal department about the account and it will take about 4 to 5 days to get an answer and there is no direct number to that department for you to call. I called about 4 days later and told me to call back tomorrow to check on the status cause they are still waiting on response from the email. I called again the next morning but still the same answer. I thought email can be seen few minutes after you send them. This company does not have a good ethics in handling things or they just taking there time and wasting mine. I wish I can give them a negative star instead. This is my first time that I heard that you cannot call a department on your company and they only do emails. This sound funny or this company is a joke or a big time SCAM. The people giving them 5 star probably they are employees for this and using them to get a 5 star. I think this company is fake.

    I have no business with this company, no outstanding debts and do not wish to open any accounts with them, which I have told them many times and requested they remove me from whatever list I am on but they refuse and state they cannot tell me why they are calling until I say "yes". They have called my cell AND WORK numbers - always from a private/blocked number, so professional - with extremely shady practices (woman makes call & says she is a weird situation that Mr. Cooper, next time Mr. Hoover, will explain, then a man gets on the phone and begins pushy tactics to try to get information out of me and to get me to say the word "yes"). The next time they call, I will be recording and will press charges for harassment and fraud.

    Going tomorrow morning to fill out an affidavit at my bank. They never answer the phone or return calls. For years I’ve been paying them $60 a month. Pretty sure it’s paid off by now or they’re just pocketing the money. I will close my account if necessary. I’ve had enough of their evil ways.

    These people are the WORST. The rudest, more unprofessional people I've ever to deal with, unfortunately. Good luck EVER getting a hold of someone, or a call back. I've never been so disrespected and mistreated by anyone They treat you like you are worthless. @Pam Munt has yet to return my call and it's been 5 business days. You get put on hold and transferred from voice mail to voice mail. I never write reviews about anyone or anything, but this is HOW BAD THIS BUSINESS AND THESE PEOPLE ARE. THEY NEED A SERIOUS CHANGE, AND ALL NEW STAFF.

    It appears almost all of us have had the same experience with these unprofessional people. I have paid all of my debt, never been late, down to owing only 900 dollars from over 2000 dollars. I have been trying to reach them since June 24 of this year to get a balance. I have left messages each time I called and I have kept a journal on when I called and that I left a message. I finally called yesterday and told them in a message that I was stopping payment until someone calls me back, which I did. I happened to call them back today and I miraculously got a rep. I explained to her that I just wanted a balance and it went downhill from there. She was the rudest individual I believe I have ever encountered over the phone. She even asked me how I got paid and she had the nerve to ask me how the other people in my house get paid. I told her that I didn't have to tell her that because this is my debt. She told me that I did need to tell her that. I proceeded on without giving her that info. Then I told her that I had stopped payment and that I would be calling that payment in and they would not be getting it like all the other months by draft. She asked if my bank info was the same and that since she was not able to access those funds today when could they draft? I simply asked her did she try and get funds after I told her that I would call back with payment and she said "why are you accusing me of that". I knew i had to hang up or it was gonna make me lose my religion. I told her I couldn't talk with her and bye. Then I proceed to send an email to the cheif compliance officer. Let's see if we get anywhere with that.

    We never had any bad experience with this company so far , I'm making payments on my wife's account for over one year now . Our representative with the Spanish line (because my wife doesn't speak English) , Julianna I believe is her name , she is always returning our phone calls on time , she is working with us when we don't have the payment ready for the date is scheduled , we are able to move the payment , lower the payment if is the case . After reading all the this bad reviews I hope she will stay in charge with my wife's account until we pay it off . We really like her , she is human , treat us with respect and dignity . Also , I'm not bothered when she is calling us , we communicate , how else you can fix a problem ? Good luck to you all .

    I wish there was a zero rating because this company is lazy, unorganized, and have the worst customer service. I’ve fully paid my debt in April for my Kawasaki and they have yet to send me my title. I’ve spoken to a dozen different people, al telling me that it will be sent, have been sent, or looking into. Now, my calls go straight to voicemail where non of my calls are being replied. I feel like they do not care about me since I’ve already paid out my debt with them. BBB will hopefully open a case with these guys.

    I have been trying to contact them for over a week with promises on their VM they will return the call within 24 hours. I am trying to pay them an old debt and clean up my credit but how can I do that when I can’t event get a hold of someone. Miraculously I got a hold of someone once, but was immediately transferred and after waiting forever it went to VM again. I feel like trying to get a hold of them should be enough punishment for my old debts!

    I wish I had read the other reviews BEFORE dealing with them at all. Definitely a shady business, they call you day in and day out, but when you call them for assistance or follow up, magically, no one is available and you get put through to a voicemail. And they don't return your call. I would NOT give them any banking information under any circumstance

    Ive tried calling for over a week multiple times during the day and No answer. However, I left over 4 messages AS well asking for a call back, and still NO call back, the company voicemail indicated I would relieve a CALL BACK within 24 hours, which is a LIE. This is beyond horrible EXPERIENCE I’ve had a with this business. Im sure they will be calling if i missed a payment NON stop. Well, I cancel all future Payments from this day going forward, clock is Ticking let’s see how long take to call me now.
