Mr. Juan, So very sorry that happened to you. She had four other people that had asked for the address and said they were coming to get it also. Again I'm sorry to have wasted your time. But you must understand that we have hundreds of people from Facebook and other local sites that promise they are coming to get an item, and do not. The person that bought it was one of the five people from Facebook also. We never know who is actually going to show up. I hope you find the item you were looking for. The Pawn Box

The lady that was waiting on you is actually our most loved employee. She has many customers that come in just to see her. I understand that she offered you much less than you asked for your iPad. That is often the case with high tech products. They depreciate very quickly. Sorry that you felt she was being rude. She was just trying to be honest. It must have been a little while since you came by as we do not currently have any young ladies working at our store in Missouri City. However I can assure you that we regularly loan on Snap-On and Craftsman tools. Judging from your other reviews, you have had trouble borrowing on that bucket of tools at other pawn shops. Well if you would like to stop by so we can take another look, we also loan on Greco paint sprayers too. And while you are there, ask for a job application. Or bring by a resume. Mrs. Jones, It has taken me a while to reply to your interview as I have tried to find out how this may have happened. Since it was such a long time ago, none of us recall the specifics of the encounter you referenced. Though I understand that I will not change your mind about what happened, I can say with absolute certainty that no one in our company intentionally misled you about your loan information. We just do not do business that way. That being said, from the information you provided, it is certainly possible that someone made an awful mistake and gave you bad information. And in light of that possibility, I sincerely apologize. I wish we still had your items, It would make us both very happy to be able to return them to you. We have many customers that bring us a variety of extremely valuable items, including Rolex watches, large diamond rings, family heirlooms and even a Super Bowl ring. But no amount of gold and diamonds would motivate us to try to take advantage of anyone. Our customers trust means too much to us.
